Turello has been developing constant innovation for several years which has led to the creation of an exclusive washing system.
The LW108/R series tank washer system made by Turello are the most effective washing system on the market. They are used for cleaning and washing open cylindrical tanks and containers and, thanks to the cylindrical brushes with planetary movement, they are able to remove even the most stubborn and resistant products. They can be used for cleaning with solvents or with water and are available for tanks from 680 mm to 1500 mm diameter. Numerous customisation options thanks to additional components that make them suitable for any type of production.
The LW1000 series are washing systems with expandable brushes which, thanks to the particular brush opening system, can be introduced inside the tank opening to be then expanded and become operational. They are available for washing 1000 litre tanks with an opening greater than 400 mm and can perform their cleaning function with both solvents and water.
All Turello tank washing systems can be ATEX certified for use in classified environments. Turello has a various certificate booklet with which it wants to guarantee its customers quality products and the maximum possible safety in their use.
