The ARCC series Cartridge machine are horizontal automatic packaging machines suitable for packaging products, with medium and high viscosity, in plastic, aluminium and cardboard cartridges.

Available in various executions according to production needs.

The ARCC1 / HS version allows to reach very high production performances with capacity up to 60 cartridges / minute for single-head packaging machines with electronic control of the filling phase.

For the smallest production requirements (up to 40 cartridges / minute), there are available packaging machines with pneumatic control of the filling phase.

All our packaging machines are equipped with PLC control, which facilitate their use and maintenance. They adapt to any production need thanks to the large number of options available:

• piston positioning control,
• spaying system,
• storage systems for empty cartridges and pistons of various sizes,
• piston lubrication systems,
